Founded by a Nurse. Built on Purpose. Driven by Compassion.
Juliana Okoro, a Nigerian-born nurse with a BSN degree, came to the United States with a dream: to uplift others through care. With her professional background, lived experience, and unwavering faith, she established 1-Dominion Homehealth Care in 2007, officially launching services in 2018.
What began as a home health agency soon expanded into Housing Stabilization Services, recognizing that health and housing are inseparable. As a licensed 245D provider, we now serve the Twin Cities metro and beyond, offering both clinical care and housing support to vulnerable individuals and families.
Juliana’s founding belief remains the soul of our organization:
